So, we have been getting some requests for new pictures of the baby and I figured it was time to comply. Mara is doing great, she is starting to stay awake a bit more between feedings. This is good because we get to see her beautiful eyes, and bad because we get to see her beautiful eyes when we want to sleep. All in all she is still the best little baby on the block and we'll be keeping her. Enjoy the pictures!
Mara had to spend some time under the Bili lights, but she was great (after mask modifications).
Remember that cradle I made? It now has an occupant.

Those pictures of the crib with the gorgeous baby accesory are wonderful. I am so in love with Mara. I love that she sleeps with her little tiny arms above her head! Thanks for posting more photos!
What a beautiful cherub. I am so glad that you posted more pictures of the fabulous cradle and it's occupant. I hope that you are dilligent in between the baby moments with posting here so we can all keep up with how fast she is already growing and changing. I love the googly eyes on the eye mask. Love to you all bunches and bunches.
Congrats to you both. Mara is beautiful and looks so peaceful in the cradle. Matthew also says congrats. He just married and is expecting his first around April. When I told him of your newest addition last night he laughed at how we are all "grown up" and how he must have been the "hold out". Congrats to you guys again and welcome to the rewarding joys of parenthood aka the no sleep journey!!
I love how cute and fat she is! She's already got cute little rolls... Hopefully you'll be brave enough to bring her to Oregon in November to meet lots more family??? Savannah's having a ton of people here for her baptism, we hope you'll come too! And Happy Birthday, Ian. I'll call you later today.
